At Macarthur Prestige Body Shop we work with all the major insurance companies.
It is important when you are purchasing an insurance product that you ensure you have a choice of repairer. Some insurance companies include this with their products whilst others will charge you with an additional fee. If you purchase a product that does not have choice, the insurer will often send you to a shop they either own or are affiliated with. In this case, the vehicles are repaired to a price and not a standard. You must ensure your vehicle is repaired correctly and by a factory approved repairer to protect your investment.

If you lodge a claim and an insurer tells you they will not allow you to choose a repairer, please give us a call directly and we may be able to assist you in redirecting the vehicle to us.
