In a further effort to ensure that our customers receive an unrivalled experience, we have launched a new and easy way to submit your vehicle for a free quote – through our free Accident Assistance App.
Our Accident Assistance app is designed to make the process as simple as possible. All you have to do to get started is Scan the QR Code for the app and it will launch instantly – no installation or searching through the app store required.
Once you have scanned the QR code, you will be taken through the Accident Assistance procedure, step-by-step.
First and foremost you will see a pop up with information to ensure that you (or anyone else at the scene of the accident) are unharmed and your vehicle is safely located – far away from any risk of danger or an additional collision.
You will then be taken on a guided process of completing your information, the collection of any information relating to third-parties involved in the accident and sections to upload photos of your vehicle and the accident scene.
